When will my EnerStride arrive?

With our free ground shipping, in-stock devices will arrive within 2-4 business days in the continental US. Semi-custom devices will arrive within 14 business days in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Lead time for large quantity orders will be discussed at time of purchase. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use the secure PayPal platform for all transactions. PayPal accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

Do you offer financing?
No, but financing options are available through PayPal.

Is any assembly required?
No, EnerStride comes fully assembled with a User Guide. It can be removed from the box and used immediately.

Does private insurance or Medicare cover EnerStride?
EnerStride is sold as a cash pay product. You would need to check with your insurance provider to pursue reimbursement.

What if I am not satisfied with EnerStride?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with EnerStride, we will refund you the purchase price. To begin a return, you must contact Welhub in advance. To do so please send an email to info@welhub.com stating your reason for returning the device along with confirmation that the device is not damaged. The device must be in original “like new” condition in order to be eligible for return. Welhub will then contact you via email to authorize the return. The cost of shipping the returned device will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be provided following receipt and inspection of the returned product by Welhub.

How much does it cost to return EnerStride?
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The cost to return the device will depend in part on where you live and your mode of shipping.
